#MyBizIdea competition looking for future tech entrepreneurs

Online business magazine, SME South Africa and the Microsoft BizSpark support programme are looking for aspiring tech entrepreneurs to enter the #MyBizIdea competition. The prize? R50 000 worth of marketing and advertising exposure.

If you have an idea for an app, online shopping platform, web-development or mobile product, they you’re just what #MyBizIdea is looking for.

“New technology advancements are creating unlimited opportunities for entrepreneurs who are looking to enter the tech space, so we believe that by supporting techpreneurs we can then help them to fulfill their visions and hopefully create sustainable jobs,” said SME South Africa publisher Velly Bosega.

Three winners will be selected in #MyBizIdea competition and each will receive  a Microsoft Biz4Afrika Launch Weekend package worth R15 000. The winners will go on to pitch their winning business idea live at the SME South Africa Global Entrepreneurship Week event on 17th November, where one entry will be chosen to receive R50 000 worth of marketing and advertising exposure on the SME South Africa website.

The deadline for entries is the 1oth of November 2014.
