Ana’s biotic rifle is an Overwatch 3D print you can disassemble

One Overwatch hero that hasn’t gotten a lot of love in the 3D printing community has been Ana, so let’s fix that with another great full size print of her biotic rifle.

This comes to us from Casual Props who designed the prop to be broken down for travel and then reassembled with magnets.

When speaking to us we were told that the process of designing, printing and painting the gun took just over two weeks with one maker working on it 3 to 4 hours per day on top of a full time job.

After printing filler was not needed to remove any seams as they had already been cleverly hidden away in the design process.

From here painting was done using Games Workshop’s Citadel range where the Ghoul Halloween skin was chosen for the colours. Unfortunately the spiderweb detailing was left out due to time constraints, so you’ll have to add them in if you really want to see something completely game accurate.

To make your own start with the free files hosted on MyMiniFactory and stock up on filament as the finished rifle measures in at around 115 centimetres when assembled.

You’ll also need some magnets to make the barrel and stock removable, cutting the rifle down to just 70 centimetres.
