Overwatch’s newest hero Brigitte as a 3D printed miniature

The internet has worked fast once again as Brigitte from Overwatch is turned into a 3D printed miniature ahead of her official public launch.

This is the latest model by the talented Morgan Morey who has given the same treatment to many of the other heroes before now – Widowmaker, Reaper, and D.Va (and her mech) to name just a few of his previous projects.

Looking at Brigitte specifically, Morey tells us that she only took around six hours over two weeks to model in ZBrush, with the biggest challenge being the facial expression.

Most of the time a neutral expression is used, but something more aggressive was chosen for this one.

Total printing time for all the parts came in at 14 hours, resulting in a model that is 30 centimetres tall and 21 centimetres wide. It’s also stable enough to stand on its own without the help of a base.

Unfortunately there’s no plans to paint the finished print outside of the grey base coat that this test print has. If someone wants to attempt that themselves, the files to print Brigitte are available for free from MyMiniFactory.

The only addition we’d recommend is using some kind of transparent blue filament to fill out the holes in the shield.
