iStore details all of its pre-order offers for the iPhone 12 range

After an incredibly long delay the iPhone 12 range will become available in South Africa next week on 18th December.

Before that, pre-orders for the new Apple smartphones open today and the iStore has two ways customers can reserve an iPhone.

For those who want to purchase the phone at full price, then you can simply head to the iStore website and place your pre-order.

The retailer does, however, offer contract pre-orders on the Vodacom, MTN and Telkom networks. For those pre-orders you’ll need to head to this link.

If you would prefer to deal with the network directly, you can head to the Vodacom, MTN or Telkom websites. Cell C does not currently have the iPhone 12 range available for pre-order.

Purchasing your new iPhone through the iStore is beneficial if you happen to own an older iPhone. The iStore is offering up to R12 000 off the price of a new iPhone 12 when you trade-in your old device. How much you get depends on the device you have and you can find more details here.

Finally, iStore will include a R1 000 voucher for the first 400 customers who pre-order a device. This voucher can be redeemed exclusively at the iStore and can be used to purchase accessories such as the charging wart Apple has removed from the iPhone 12’s packaging.

Something rather important to take note of is that when the iPhone 12 arrives in South Africa, it’s 5G capabilities will only be supported by MTN until early 2021.

As a reminder, the iPhone 12 range’s pricing starts at R15 999 for the 64GB iPhone 12 mini and stretches up to R32 999 for the iPhone 12 Pro Max.
