Facebook comments allow for image replies

Now you can say it all without saying a thing.
Now you can say it all without saying a thing.

If you’ve tired of using words to explain your feelings, in response to friends, Facebook will now let you use images.

The Verge reports that starting today the social network will let users upload images through their desktop and mobile browsers, when replying on a status. The option isn’t available in the mobile apps, yet – presumably those need to be updated to allow posting photos from their respective devices.

Brand pages also don’t have the functionality yet, for obvious reasons. Don’t want any of those unhappy users posting photos that might need censoring. There’s no word on whether it’ll be an option for page administrators to enable.

Facebook’s on a roll with adding new features, recently. Many users, however, are still waiting for the new Timeline and Graph Search features to be made available.
