Yet another reason to be happy that it’s the Easter break is the amazing gaming sales that get trotted out at this time of year.

Sony is first out of the starting blocks with a rather large sale happening on the PlayStation Network right now. Valve (Steam) and Microsoft (Xbox) have yet to offer any of their own Easter discounts, but no doubt they have their own plans in the works.

While I’ve seen no PS4 games on special, there are quite a few good deals to be had on PS3 and Vita games. Sale games that you should consider if you haven’t already played them include Sniper Elite V2 for R85 (R76.50 for PS Plus members), Demon’s Souls for R75 (R67.50 PS+) and Call of Juarez Gunslinger for the paltry price of just R45 (R40.50 PS+).

You’ll notice that being a PlayStation Plus member gives you an extra 10% discount on already-discounted games, so perhaps now’s the time to sign up?

There are many other titles to choose from, and the sale will last for the next three weeks.
