For the next two months, online shoppers, New York City residents and visitors will have the chance to buy 24 limited edition Kickstarter-funded projects through the MoMA Design Store.
There’s a diverse range of hand-selected items on show, from small electronic products, to accessories, toys, decor pieces, instruments and much more. Everything in the collection was chosen by MoMA’s curators and is an exciting entry into the world of design and tech.
“By involving the public in the creative process, Kickstarter uses the power of the community to help designers take great ideas from concept to reality. MoMA Design Store is proud to honour these individuals and their designs as examples of how everyone is capable of making incredible things,” says MoMA. “This collaboration between Kickstarter and the MoMA Design Store is a moment of real cultural significance.”
