Facebook for Windows Phone gets Messenger integration, an improved design and more

Microsoft has added a few touch ups to Facebook for Windows Phone in the app’s latest update, adding features that were previously only available in the beta version.

Facebook now sports the same simpler, improved design found in the beta, better performance, support for more languages and integration with Facebook Messenger (which will help you transition your messages over to the app once Facebook completely kills off messaging in the native Facebook app).

You can now also upload videos taken using your phone’s camera directly onto the social networking platform.

For Windows 8.1 users, the Facebook app will now connect directly with the People Hub – your Facebook friends, events and photo albums will now be powered by the Facebook for Windows Phone app.

Download or update Facebook for Windows Phone from the Windows Store.
