Accra’s MEST opens year-long software and entrepreneurship scholarship

Are you a graduate in from Ghana, Kenya or Nigeria eager to learn about software development and entrepreneurship through a twelve-month, full-time, fully sponsored training program starting this August?

The Meltwater Entrepreneurial School of Technology (MEST) is offering this opportunity to recent graduates from any field from Theatre to Computer Science. Topics offered at the school include lectures on web analytics, KPI’s and even teaching on what venture capitalists look for in an investment.

The school requires that you have interest in starting a software company along with three to five years of entrepreneurial or corporate work experience. MEST is based in Accra being accepted into the school means you should be prepared to commit to a year in the Ghanaian capital city from August.

Get onto the website to fill out a form ahead of in person interviews in Accra on the June 8th and 9th, Lagos on the 12th and 13th of June as well as Nairobi on the 15th and 16th of the same month. Offers will be sent out on June 30th.
