Get your hands on new sci-fi books and comics while selling your old ones at The Book Trading Post

Do you have library of dusty old books you’ll never get to reading in this lifetime? Neigh-Bours Magical Medieval Fayre wants to ease this issue with their Fantasy/Sci-fi Book & Comic Trading Post.

Entry is free for all, but it works differently for buyers and sellers.

If you’re looking to buy, all you’ll need to do is make your way to the venue and start shopping.

Those wishing to sell have three different options:

  1. You have a few books to sell: rent a box from the organisers for R20, who will then sell them on your behalf. Once you return, you take what didn’t sell as well as cash minus a 10% commission.
  2. You have a lot of stuff to sell: if you have an abundance of  books, comics, figurines and non-paper merchandise, rent a space for R100 to set up a table and manage your own little stall. Spaces are limited, so email hearye [AT] medievalfayre [DOT] co [DOT] za, to book.
  3. You’re a trader and want your own stall: regular stall rentals are R150 and must also be booked by emailing hearye [AT] medievalfayre [DOT] co [DOT] za.

The Book Sale isn’t the be and all and end all of the event; there are a few side events such as Magic the Gathering games and archery. Visit the official Facebook events page to see the itinerary.
