Keen redditors have compiled a list of all the games and game demos currently in development for Sony’s upcoming PlayStation VR headset.

The current number sits at 56 titles; not all are full games, and are instead demos of the technology that could some day become full games. Still, it’s really good to know that early adopters of Sony’s virtual reality headset will have quite a lot to look forward to.

The most promising of these include the likes of ARK: Survival Evolved, a craft/survive/be abused by your fellow human simulator which has been lighting the Steam sales charts up for a while now. There’s also the horror adventure Among the Sleep, Evolution Studios’ Driveclub and, of course, the Until Dawn VR spin-off, Rush of Blood.

A game we’re less excited about getting the VR treatment is the ridiculous Surgeon Simulator, although we could well be alone in this as the game’s somewhat of a cult hit.

Check out the list here if you want to dig a bit deeper into the coming VR-enabled titles.

The PS VR is expected to launch in the first half of 2016 along with other consumer-grade VR headsets like the Oculus Rift.

Deon du Plessis

Deon got his first taste of PC gaming at the tender age of 11 when his father bought an 8088 XT, ostensibly to "help him with his homework". Instead, it introduced him to Leisure Suit Larry, King Graham, Sonny Bonds and many more, and Deon has been a PC gamer and hardware enthusiast ever since. He landed his first professional writing gig in 2006 at a prestigious local PC magazine, a very happy happenstance as he got to write for a living about things he loves - tech, PCs, gaming, and everything in between. He's been writing about it all ever since, and loves every minute of it.
