[WATCH] Linkin Park’s “In the End” sung by almost 200 movies

YouTube content creator The Unusual Suspect has gifted us with a video we never knew we wanted: Linkin Park’s 2001 hit In the End as sung by dialogue ripped from 183 movies.

This type of music video was made popular in recent years by the channel baracksdubs which takes lines from US president Barak Obama’s speeches and turns them into music videos.

Pulling this off was no easy feat. Not only did all those movies need to be combed for the correct words, but they then needed to be spliced together to create the video. With the original music playing in the background, you may hear some of your favourite characters and cartoons slowed down or sped up to keep pace with the music. It’s a little dodgy at times but it gets the job done.

So if you want to see if your favourite movie got a line in, all the movies used are listed in the video description. It’s a long list, so use Ctrl + F to find it. Our favourite entry is the ever-moody Kristen Stewart from Twilight lending a sulky “matter” to the chorus.

For a comparison, here’s the original music video from Linkin Park:
