Catch the TED2016 livestream at JoziHub tomorrow

It’s that time of the year again when TED hosts its annual conference in Vancouver, Canada and once again, JoziHub is hosting a livestream where you can catch TED2016.

Together with TEDxSoweto, JoziHub will stream last two sessions of TED2016 in Milpark, Johannesburg tomorrow from 6pm to 8:30pm.

The theme this year is simply titled “DREAM”, a dedication to the greatest dream we as people are capable of making a reality. Some of the speakers scheduled for TED2016 include Joe Gebbia, co-founder of Airbnb, Travis Kalanick, co-founder of Uber, and Linus Torvalds, creator of the Linux kernel.

The first six sessions will be livestreamed today at Deloitte Greenhouse in Sandton in partnership with TEDxJoburg, unfortunately, tickets for this event are already sold out.

The TED2016 livetream at JoziHub will feature the following speakers presenting talks:

Session 7: Imagine there’s no countries

Parag Khanna – Global strategist

Dalia Mogahed – Muslim studies scholar

Amit Sood – Technologist

Christiana Figueres – Climate advocate

Hugh Evans – Humanitarian

Session 8: Nightmare?

Al Gore – Climate advocate

Andrew Youn – Anti-hunger activist

Jennifer Kahn – Science journalist

Rhiannon Giddens – Musician

Dan Gross – Gun-control activist

Michael Murphy – Designer
