While national matric results are made available for easy access online at the end of every year, supplementary exams aren’t published on the same platform.
So, if you wrote a supplementary exam this year and would like to get your results you’ll have to head over to your nearest Department of Basic Education district office to get them.
Luckily, if you don’t know where the one nearest to you is, the department has published a directory of all district offices around the country, along with the contact details of the relevant officers.
“Exam results for candidates who wrote the Supplementary Exams should be available at the schools/centres where they wrote from Friday, 6 May 2016. Candidates who wrote their supplementary exams in Schools/centres located in remote areas may get their results from Monday, 9 May 2016,” the department said.
