Today is Star Wars day in case you haven’t checked your calendar, been onto Twitter or prefer not making puns about the date.

To celebrate the day Valve is holding a sale on Star Wars games with titles such as Obsidian Entertainment’s highly acclaimed Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II – The Sith Lords going for as low as R27.25.

If you’re looking for something a bit newer you can pick up LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens for a mere R257.40.

Those are great but if you’d like to increase the size of your Steam library then what you really want is the Star Wars Complete Collection. The bundle contains 24 titles including The Force Unleashed II, LEGO Star Wars – The Complete Saga and the original Knights of the Old Republic.

The bundle also contains the Star Wars X-Wing games and all of this galactic greatness can be yours for just R664.57.

Now, for a dose of reality. As much as we love a good deal and 24 games for less than R700 is a good deal you won’t actually be saving that much money.

Collectively buyers will save R198.53 on the complete collection so our advice is to take a look at what is on offer and if you aren’t that interested in at least 70% of the games rather spend the money on a few games you might actually play.

Will you be picking up any games on the Star Wars Day sale? Let us know in the comments below or over on Twitter.
