The Lenovo Yoga was first introduced to the market in 2013 and since then it’s occupied a comfortable position in the market as a powerful two-in-one notebook that oozes style.
For 2018 Lenovo is giving the product a bit of a facelift in the form of the latest 8th Generation of processors from Intel.
The first example of the refreshed range that we’ll see locally is the Lenovo Yoga 920.
Aside from up to a 8th Generation Intel Core i7 processor, the 920 boasts up to 16GB of DDR4 memory and up to 1TB of storage capacity thanks to a SATA SSD.
The 13.9 inch display has touch functionality and boasts either a 4K resolution (3840 x 2160) or Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution depending on the configuration you choose.
What’s surprising about the 920 is that while it is incredibly light at just 1.37kg, it feels sturdy.
Elsewhere on the convertible you’ll find a fingerprint scanner, 802.11 ac Wifi support, two USB Type C connectors and one USB 3.0 port.
The Yoga 920 is available right now with prices starting at R29 999. You can also pick up the Yoga 720 or 520 for R19 999 or R8 999 but those models will only be getting a processor update in June/July of this year.
