Blizzard unveils StarCraft II cosmetic bundle to commemorate TotalBiscuit

The passing of John “TotalBiscuit” Bain earlier this year sent shock waves through the gaming community.

While Bain was popular for his game critique he was also a shoutcaster and strong supporter of StarCraft II.

At the weekend Blizzard announced that it would be commemorating Bain by way of a cosmetic item bundle.

“In appreciation for the contributions the Bain family have made to StarCraft II, we’ve created a collection of commemorative cosmetics for the game. 100% of the funds received from the sale of these items will go directly to Genna and their son, Orion. In the wake of a tragic loss, it is our way of saying thank you to the Bain family for all they’ve done for StarCraft II,” said Blizzard.

The cosmetic items included in the TotalBiscuit Bundle.

The firm added that monies from future sales of Bain’s announcer pack (less taxes) would be given to his family.

Aside from championing StarCraft II in the early days, Bain and his wife Gemma also managed professional team Axiom.

The TotalBiscuit commemorative bundle will be available until 31st December 2018 or until it sells out.
