htxt.africast – Huawei P30 Series and Eskom

This week it’s just Robin-Leigh and Brendyn in studio as Clinton is off writing exams (best of luck by the way).

Despite being a member short we’re still delivering this week’s podcast even if it is slightly late.

Why is it late? On Wednesday evening Robin had some hands-on time with the Huawei P30 series at the local launch of the smartphones. The handsets are available right now and if you’re debating whether you need an upgrade you might want to listen to Robin’s thoughts.

Then, this week Eskom and minister of public enterprises, Pravin Gordhan addressed the public and media regarding the power crisis that currently grips the country. The good news is that there is a plan in place to avoid loadshedding altogether but it requires a number of things to work out correctly.

That’s it for this week. The africast returns next week Wednesday.
