President Cyril Ramaphosa will this evening address the nation again, this time on measures to ease lockdown.

We’re going to keep this brief and give you what you’re looking for – where to stream the President’s address.

The SABC’s YouTube stream can be found here.

For those who don’t want to make use of the YouTube stream, you can sign up for a free DStv Now account here where you will be able to stream from either eNCA or Newzroom Afrika.

Showmax has added news channels to its livestream offering as well.

SABC News and Newzroom Afrika are both part of that offering and the stream quality is superb. Aside from tuning in on your TV, we highly recommend this as the best avenue for hearing the president’s address.

Showmax offers a free, 14 day trial for those who don’t have an account yet. You can sign up for Showmax here.

Aside from the streams we highly recommend following the South African Government and Presidency Twitter accounts for accurate news directly from the source.

SABC radio stations and television stations will also be airing the address.
