Log into Ubisoft’s Forward conference to get a free copy of Watch Dogs 2

Ubisoft, like most publishers, is turning to its own livestream event called Forward in a bid to make up for the missing shows like E3. To entice the general public to tune in, copies of Watch Dogs 2 are being given away.

The Ubisoft Forward landing page is here. Go back to that link on 12th July, log into your Ubisoft account, and you will get a copy of the game on PC.

Unfortunately you do need to time things just right for the event to trigger. The show starts at 10:30 AM PDT (19:30 local time) with a stream of the recently released Trackmania. After that will be a showcase of the following upcoming titles, together with some unannounced content:

Pre-show (from 10:30 AM PDT)

  • Ghost Recon Breakpoint
  • Just Dance 2020
  • The Division 2

Main Show (from 12:00 AM PDT)

  • Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
  • Watch Dogs: Legion
  • Hyper Scape

To get Watch Dogs 2 for free you will need to log in after Trackmania has stopped streaming but before the end of the entire show.

Aside from that “some rewards for a variety of Ubisoft titles” will also be on offer for answering trivia questions during the stream.

While the stream will be available to watch on YouTube, Twitch and Mixer (which closes down on 22nd July), there will be some differences between the platforms.

“This year’s show is more accessible than ever! For the first time, the stream will not only be subtitled in multiple languages, but also shown with American Sign Language on the official Ubisoft Forward page, so tune in there for all the available options, and watch it your way”.
