Applying for a home loan made easier with WeApply

There is a new fully-digital home loan application platform available in South Africa and it claims to make the process of applying for a home loan easier.

WeApply launched its service earlier this month and it uses industry-approved security protocols and data encryption to make sure your data is safe while not bogging down the application process.

“Traditional home loan application methods, consisting of hours of paperwork submitted to a single preferred lender is outdated. WeApply provides homebuyers with a simpler, less complicated alternative to the traditional method of application forms and scanned support documents, which is what our customers expect in the 21st century,” WeApply chief executive officer Mark Bruyns explains.

This is not simply a faceless portal where you can apply for a home loan and then never use WeApply again. The WeApply team will assist customers with their application and have direct access to lenders processing teams.

What’s more is that if your loan is declined by a lender, WeApply will engage with the lender on your behalf.

The firm tells us that lending decisions are fast as it makes use of automation to facilitate decisions.

“The WeApply application technology platform is impartial and enables applicants to receive comparable offers from multiple lenders,” the firm added.

For those who are looking for a home loan, WeApply is currently hosting a competition where you can win a share of R100 000 in prizes from Twizza, Clarke and Son, The Cavern Resort and Spa, Drakensburg, Daddy’s Deals, designer home furnishings Afrikan Fantasy by Mirriam Ngomani and renowned Portuguese wine brand Mateus to name but a few.

To enter you will need to apply for a home loan and complete process of pre-qualification.
