Every copy of Cyberpunk 2077, regardless of platform, comes with free digital content you can access externally.
With the game out in a few days CD Projekt has reminded everyone to take advantage of the offer which is broken up into three types: Digital Goodies, Registration Rewards and Gwent Rewards.
Below are the rewards currently available, with more promised in the future. As per the details page for this content:
“Yes, [there be more rewards added in the future]. Make sure to follow Cyberpunk 2077 on the game’s official social media channels, as well as cyberpunk.net to stay updated on what’s coming in the future.”

Registration Rewards (for signing up to the My Rewards programme in Cyberpunk 2077 with your GOG account)

- Shipe the troll plushy
Gwent Rewards (for owning Cyberpunk 2077 in your GOG Galaxy library)
- “Breathtaking” title
- Samurai coin

Cyberpunk 2077 will be available on six different platforms at launch: GOG, Steam, Epic Games Store, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Google Stadia. All six can access the free DLC but each have a slightly different way to access the content.
For most of them it involves logging into GOG / the REDlauncher with your GOG account.

It should be noted, however, that some of the links on that full details page will not be live until the public launch on 10th December. Even if you already own the game and have all the appropriate accounts links, the content may not be live for you just yet.
At the end of the day this is just digital gubbins that have no monetary value but it is always nice to get something extra with your purchase. This also brings back the old days of “feelies” included in big box PC games of years past.
