Take a quick look at the Cyberpunk 2077 Photo Mode

A Photo Mode has become an expected feature of larger games and, when Cyberpunk 2077 launches on 10th December, it will have this highly requested functionality.

We now, thankfully, have a look at how CD Projekt has implemented this in a short trailer. Despite it being just over two minutes, we get to see everything available in Photo Mode.

Using a controller we can see that up and down on the D-pad cycle through the available options and left and right deal with the values in those options.

Depending on what you’ve selected you can then make use of the joysticks and other buttons to change things up.

The options, and their sub-options, are as follows:

  • Camera
    • Camera type
    • Preset
    • Field of view
    • Rotate
  • Depth of field
    • Enabled
    • Auto-focus
  • Pose
    • Category
    • Pose
    • Expression
    • Look at Camera
    • Rotate
    • Left / Right
    • Close / Far
    • Character visible
  • Effect
    • Exposure
    • Contrast
    • Highlights
    • Vignette
    • Chromatic aberration
    • Grain
    • Effect
  • Stickers
    • Sticker 1
    • Sticker 2
    • Sticker 3
    • Sticker 4
    • Sticker 5
    • Frame
    • Background
  • Load / Save

As you can see there’s a lot to do when it comes to take pictures in Night City.

We especially like the fact that you can make your character V invisible should you choose. This will make taking pictures of scenery and details in the environment even easier, something we’ve been looking forward to doing ever since this game was announced.

Cyberpunk 2077 launches just next week on 10th December. It will be available on Google Stadia, PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Through backwards compatibility it can also be played on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
