Fall Guys expands social media into French, German and Italian

While many may state that Fall Guys isn’t as popular as it once was that hasn’t stopped developer Mediatonic from continually improving on the title with the latest additions not being in the game itself, but on Twitter.

There are now official Fall Guys Twitter accounts in French, German and Italian. You can click on the links of each language to be taken directly the account which share a common naming format as @FallGuys followed by a two letter indication of the language.

@FallGuys_FR, @FallGuysSE and @FallGuysIT are the names you should be looking out for. Those worried that they may confuse these accounts for imposters, don’t stress as all three are already verified.

It’s a bit odd that the French account seemingly broke the format of the new names. @FallGuysFR seems to be a community-run that was started back in July 2020. We have to assume that Mediatonic didn’t want to step on the toes of a community that was providing its own translations and content before it had the idea to.

We have to point out here that the “Mr Worldwide” image above wasn’t a meme made by us – though we do that sometimes – but is instead from the official announcement.

Finally it’s worth noting that the Fall Guys game itself already has interface and subtitle language support for French, German and Italian, along with several others. The Steam store page for the game notes that it has 11 supported languages.

Official support for languages like this, even on social media, can be overlooked by countries and regions where English is common. We’re sure players who speak these tongues will be happy to see this kind of support going into the future.
