You can stream this Saturday’s UEFA Champions League final on Showmax Pro

This Saturday evening at 21:00 (local time), Liverpool FC and Real Madrid will square off in the UEFA Champions League final in Paris.

While most will likely head their local pub to enjoy the game, some may choose to watch it from the comfort of their couch, which is why Showmax Pro has confirmed that the 2021/2022 Champions League final will be available to stream on its platform.

This is not the first time Showmax Pro has chosen to done so this season, having also made other showpiece finals like the Carabao Cup available too.

“The biggest club competition in the world, the UEFA Champions League, comes to a thrilling climax on Saturday, 28 May 2022 when Liverpool takes on Real Madrid in Paris at the Stade de France. Showmax Pro subscribers in South Africa, Lesotho and Mauritius can catch every minute of this mouth-watering clash live as it will be available for streaming on the platform, courtesy of SuperSport,” highlighted Showmax in a press release sent to Hypertext.

This streaming capacity is not available across all African territories that Showmax Pro is, however, with the platform noting that the final is only available to Showmax Pro subscribers in South Africa, Lesotho and Mauritius.

If you are interested in Showmax Pro, subscriptions start at R225 per month, with live matches from other football leagues and sports also accessible on the streaming platform.

It may not be a cost effective purchase for the one match, but could prove worthwhile down the line if you’re an avid sports fan considering ditching your MultiChoice subscription.
