Nintendo, like many companies operating in South Africa, has announced its deals for Black Friday ahead of time with a sale that is now on.

The best deal here seems to be the Nintendo Switch Lite consoles with Animal Crossing: New Horizons included. The regular price for these bundles is R5 999 so you”re getting R2 000 off, which is difficult to beat.
A close second for us is Ring Fit Adventure. While R999 is still expensive, it’s discounted down from R1 599. This, of course, isn’t only the game but also includes the large resistance ring needed to play the game and a thigh strap.
As we pointed out in our feature on this game, it’s a home workout solution that is actually fun to play. For a long while during the pandemic this was a sought after bundle that was either out of stock or selling for more than retail on the second-hand market.
Stock has improved since then and the proper gym may be more enticing after being vaccinated, but it still gets the recommendation from us for enjoyable exercise that can be done at home.
