In recent months Nespresso South Africa has been looking to make more machines, pods and services available locally ever since the Vertuo Next lineup landed on our shores. The company’s latest offering comes in the form of the Nespresso App.
The mobile application serves as a one-stop shop for South African customers to order coffee, machines and accessories from their phone, with an iOS and Android compatible version of the Nespresso App available from the App Store and Play Store respectively.
The Nespresso App also facilitates pick up of coffee pods, which are recyclable.
“There are many recycling options available to you, simply hand over your bag of used capsules to Nespresso’s courier partner or find a recycling corner at a Boutique near you,” explains Nespresso in a press release sent to Hypertext.
Along with the ordering options, the App makes a few more features accessible.
“The Nespresso app will keep customers updated with the latest offers, Limited Edition coffees, new product launches and more. Customers can also learn more about the coffee stories, origins and sensory profiles and find the perfect coffee for their unique preferences,” it adds.
If you are interested in trying out the Nespresso App, simply follow these steps:
1. Scan this QR code (embedded below) with your smartphone camera
2. Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play
3. Sign-in with your personal account information
4. And order.
To mark the launch of this new offering, Nespresso South Africa will be offering free deliveries across the country until the end of April, for all orders made via the App.
