Hello Pay launches Android-powered mobile POS system

Being able to accept card payments is something more merchants have needed to facilitate since the start of the pandemic. As such, solutions that offer this functionality have become incredibly popular.

The latest solution that allows merchants to accept card payments comes from Hello Pay. The solution is a mobile point of sale (mPOS) device that runs on Android and is perfectly suited for small traders and SMEs.

The device makes use of 4G, 3G or 2G connectivity depending on what is available and is able to read a magnetic strip, a chip, contactless NFC payments and QR codes. While these are great, there are more features to this device than meets the eye.

“The 4G-enabled device with its dual SIM will allow merchants to sell digital services, airtime, and electricity, as well as providing Hello Paisa’s financial services products including remittances and insurance. They can also purchase business services through our platform and submit loan requests on the device – to name but a few functions,” explains Zunaid Miya, managing director at Hello Pay.

Hello Pay says that the mPOS system sports fully guaranteed transaction security complete with payment certifications.

“Such intelligent digital solutions, once only accessible to large enterprises, are now within reach for entrepreneurs and SMEs. The convenience, time savings and cash flow advantages will allow entrepreneurs to focus on what truly matters – growing their business,” adds Miya.

Hello Pay offers a wide range of point of sale solutions you can find out more about them or purchase them over on the company’s official website.
