The Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase is finally happening this Sunday, 12th June, and the quality of the event depends on where and when you watch it.
For the regular 1080p @ 60FPS experience you can catch the livestream on one of many platforms:

In addition to the above there will also be streams on Steam and the Chinese platform Bilibli, along with a handful of media outlets and content creators that will be restreaming and hosting Watch Parties.
Those who want higher graphical fidelity, however, will need to watch the event after the fact.
“For a more representative look at the visuals contained in the showcase, we recommend watching the 4K / 60fps rebroadcast of the showcase on the Xbox YouTube channel, which will be available after the conclusion of the premiere. We will be sure to post on @Xbox social when the 4K / 60fps version is ready to view,” reads an announcement.
For those who have made the move to 4K this may be frustrating to read, but we understand the need to go for a lower resolution to try to maintain a better streaming experience.
Resolution aside, what can we expect from the event? Ever since Microsoft scooped up Bethesda by purchasing parent company ZeniMax Media, we’ve been patiently waiting to see what the now joint company will produce.
The official descriptions of the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase have been rather vague so far.
“…featuring the latest on games from Xbox Game Studios, Bethesda, and our partners from around the world. The show will include everything you want to know about the gaming lineup coming to Xbox and PC, including upcoming releases on Xbox Game Pass, and more,” an intro to the event reads.
We already know about a number of upcoming Bethesda projects like Starfield and The Elder Scrolls VI, but with the former delayed and the latter completely silent since its reveal three years ago, we aren’t entirely hopeful.
