Now local businesses can leverage these technologies through ScienceLogic, an artificial intelligence for IT operations (AIOps) and hybrid cloud IT management solutions firm. The company has announced that local value-added distributor, Corr-Serve, has been appointed as its distributor locally in a bid to expand its customer base.

The AIOps market is expected to grow at a rate of 26 percent, but local market growth is estimated to be a bit higher at 29 percent.
An interesting area of expansion for ScienceLogic is growth in the public sector. Outside of EMEA the firm reports 71 percent growth in revenue for 2021 while in EMEA, revenue climbed by about 25 percent. While we can’t speak for the entire region, in South Africa there is seemingly an appetite for modernised processes that was largely driven by the pandemic.
