htxt.africast – Twitter’s new chapter and God of War Ragnarok

The past few days have been intense, especially for those working at Twitter now that Elon Musk is the owner of the social media platform.

The self-proclaimed Chief Twit makes up one of two segments in this week’s africast, as we discuss the impending layoff of half of its staff, hiking the price of Twitter Blue and whether Musk has ushered in the end of days for Twitter.

That segues quite nicely with the second half of our africast, in which we discuss God of War Ragnarok. It is an epic sequel to the much-loved 2018 title, and is a game that we think will live long in the memory thanks to its superb storytelling, sharp gameplay and great voice acting.

God of War Ragnarok is set to launch to the public next week on 9th November for the PS5/PS4, and we will have more content to coincide with its release, so be sure to check in with us then.

In the interim, however, you can hear our thoughts on the game below, which is of course spoiler-free. We also discuss Elon Musk’s odd decisions during his week at the helm of Twitter.
