Huawei hosting Eco Connect 2023 on 6th July to showcase latest energy solutions

  • Huawei is set to host its annual Eco Connect conference early next month.
  • The event is focused on energy providers and solutions across Sub-Saharan Africa.
  • Huawei also plans to unpack its latest Partner Incentive Programme at the event.

2023 has proved a busy year for Huawei when it comes to energy in South Africa. The company has already taken part in several events in recent months to showcase its solar solutions, but is now preparing to host its own Eco Connect conference next month.

The Huawei Eco Connect Sub-Saharan Africa conference for 2023 will be hosted at the Sandton Convention Centre on 6th July, with it aimed at offering delegates the chance to get to, “grips with the latest Huawei products and various marketable scenario-based solutions, along with an understanding of how to provide customers with better service assurance.”

“The event also allows Huawei to systematically explain its development and partnership principles with partners and introduce its latest Partner Incentive Programme. Huawei will further demonstrate how it supports its partners from multiple dimensions, how it firmly empowers and enables its partners, and how it pursues win-win cooperation while serving its end customers correctly,” added Huawei in a press release sent to Hypertext.

The theme for this year’s event is Leading Digital for New Value Together, with the company noting that a major focus for the day will be on the key changes in partner strategies, regulations, policies, organisations, processes, and platform support.

“This is planned to be the largest event Huawei Enterprise has hosted on the African Continent showcasing our commitment to digital transformation on the continent. It is expected to have around 2 000 attendees from around Africa, covering a wide range of audiences, including ICT leaders, top ICT System integrators, major government agencies on the African continent, and the largest organisations in the finance, transportation, electric power, education, healthcare, and retail industries,” enthused Leandra Chinniah, marketing director for Huawei Enterprise South Africa.

Registrations for the event are still open, so those interested in attending can find out more on how to do so here.
