Infobip launches tracking tool for click-to-chat ads

Many, if not all, companies want to make sure that the money they invest in advertising results in sales. To assist in that regard, Infobip has launched a new analytics tool for a specific type of advertising.

Click-to-chat adverts are commonly found on Meta platforms and allow potential customers to engage directly with a business. Now businesses can directly track analytics from these adverts thanks to Infobip.

The firm noted a 73 percent increase in WhatsApp interactions with businesses in 2022 compared to 2021 but businesses need to be able to properly leverage these campaigns and analytics helps in that regard.

The new tool from Infobip allows a business to create ad campaigns that encourage the target audience to send them a message on WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram Direct. Once an ad is set, launched in the Facebook ad manager, and connected to the chat app, businesses can see a range of data, including conversion tracking on the web or mobile app, post-purchase experience, or abandoned cart recovery.

All of this helps a business determine its return on advertising spend while also giving decision-makers a better view of their marketing efforts.
