If you are a fan of gaming, cosplay, shopping, esports, tech, art, and geek culture, then rAge Expo 2023 is where you need to be when it returns to the Gallagher Convention Centre for three glorious days between 8th and 10th December this year.
The venerable South African convention is back yet again to bring local fans their very own gaming expo that encompasses everything we’ve come to love about the local scene after two decades. Cosplay and esports will again be massive reasons to attend as you browse the show floor too.
Also returning in 2023 is the famous NAG LAN, the Bring Your Own Computer (BYOC) mega event that has fans from all over the country meeting in person with their gaming machines for a weekend of fun. The NAG LAN is simply an experience you cannot have anywhere else and, if you’re gamer in SA, you have to attend it at least once in your life.
Another major draw of the expo is the shopping experience. With the holiday season following rAge so closely, it’s the perfect time to enjoy sales and unique items that can only be found here. Pick up unbeatable deals on hard to find items for yourself or as a gift. The Artist Alley even gives you an outlet to buy original art or to commission the talented artists of the country.

Tickets to attend the rAge Expo 2023 are available right now from Howler where you can buy day or weekend passes.
But a lucky few will be attending rAge this year with free tickets. We have partnered with rAge to give five winners two single-day passes each. This means that each winner will have a spare ticket for that lucky friend, family member, significant other or really anyone else. It’s up to you!
