admyt, the smart parking solution available at several shopping locations across the country, has now announced an expansion of its services to new areas in Cape Town.

It is now being rolled out to office spaces and mixed-use facilities all over the City Bowl thanks to a recent partnership with Growthpoint Properties.

Moving forward, admyt will be available to tenants and visitors of select Growthpoint Cape Town buildings such as 33 Bree, Roggebaai Place, The District, River Park, Montclare Place, and the Longkloof precinct, among others. The service will also handle daily casual and monthly parkers at the above venues and other locations that Growthpoint has earmarked across the region.

“These sites advance admyt’s commitment to providing tailored solutions for office and retail tenants, their visitors, and those requiring monthly parking bookings,” the smart parking providers shared in a release with Hypertext.

admyt’s latest expansion with Growthpoint builds on its existing presence in Cape Town, which includes locations such as V&A Waterfront (which is 50 percent co-owned by Growthpoint) and 80 Strand (a.k.a WeWork in Cape Town), along with 70-plus office, mixed-use, and retail locations nationwide.

“Our partnership signifies a shared vision for more efficient and customer-focused parking solutions. We’re committed to driving innovation, enhancing operational excellence, and delivering unparalleled experiences for landlords and customers alike,” added Devon Beynon, co-CEO at admyt.

Along with the expansion into new properties within Cape Town, the rollout also sees the service provider add new features to the mix.

“From scan-to-pay functionality for unregistered users to Bay Booking for monthly parkers and real-time dashboards showcasing parking revenue by category as well as tenant occupancy and usage trends, admyt’s solutions empower landlords to seize revenue opportunities while providing unparalleled convenience to tenants and visitors,” it concluded.
