My Safe Space has partnered with Vumacam to bring machine learning surveillance systems to schools in Johannesburg and beyond. The cameras immediately pick up on and warn security of illegal activity in and around schools.
The project and its partners are hoping to bring the systems to around 40 schools every month in the near future.
At one point, Netflix said its AAA gaming studio – bolstered by big names in game development from Blizzard and other major studios would change the gaming landscape. This same studio is now closed as Netflix pivots to a different gaming strategy.
