It’s finally Black Friday week with the big shopping festivities officially popping off on Friday 29th November. Like many other companies and retailers launching sales along the month in “Black November” deals, South Africa’s iStore – the country’s biggest Apple reseller – has also revealed its biggest deals and specials.
Running from 18th November to 2nd December, the iStore Black Friday sale is offering specials on iPhone devices, Apple Watches, MacBooks, headphones, speakers and more, with some products seeing savings as high at 80 percent.
The iStore is also offering an extra R1 000 in discounts for trading in your old Mac and upgrading to a new Mac. This also applies to iPhone 14 range trade-ins, where you can get a R5 000 additional discount.
The iStore Black Friday deal on Apple devices
Unfortunately, we’re a little disappointed that the iStore could only take R1 000 off its iPhone devices, so if you were looking to grab Apple smartphones on the cheap your best bet might be the wait for the Takealot Blue Dot Sale.
Rather, the biggest savings are on peripherals, cases, bags, cabling and second-hand devices.
