- Called ROGZ World, it will help pet owners in picking the correct fitting gear for their dogs.
- It also boasts augmented reality (AR) viewing of gear to give you a better idea of what you’re buying.
If you struggle to get the right gear for your pet, local company ROGZ has announced an offering that may be of interest.
It has announced the launch of its own app called ROGZ World, which is designed to help pet owners find the correctly fitting gear and accessories for their furry friends.
“With an array of innovative features, ROGZ World simplifies the decision-making process, ensuring that every pet parent finds the perfect harness, collar, or lead tailored to their lifestyle,” explains ROGZ in a release shared with Hypertext.
The app (iOS and Android), which was developed by ROGZ and MO Agency, guides users through a series of in-depth questions, analysing the lifestyle, behaviour, and specific needs of their pet in order to recommend the most suitable gear.
Added to this, the app leverages augmented reality (AR) technology to assist in “viewing” the gear, allowing pet owners to visualise products in their actual size and environment before making a purchase.
“With ROGZ World, we’re taking that commitment a step further by using technology to enhance the shopping experience. We want to make sure that every dog owner has the right gear to enjoy safe and comfortable adventures with their furry friends,” noted company co-founder, Irené Raubenheimer.
In terms of other features, the app offers the following:
- “Personalised recommendations: By entering their dog’s measurements and answering lifestyle-related questions, pet parents receive tailored product suggestions, eliminating guesswork and frustration.
- Comprehensive gear guidance: The app offers tips on fitting and using gear correctly, with direct links to educational resources on the ROGZ website, making the experience seamless.
- Local and online shopping: ROGZ World connects users with a comprehensive list of local retailers and online options, ensuring easy access to the recommended products.”
