SPEEDRUN – Drones on the loose

Drones in the United States used to automatically stop when flying too close to an airport. Not anymore. As DJI pushes an update that will get rid of its Geofencing over “no-fly-zones,” restricted airspaces, for obvious reasons in the case of an airport, will be fair game for drone operators.

Now operators will only get a push notification warning that they are flying too close to passenger plane engines. What could go wrong?

Did you know that Ford has invested bajillions into South Africa? It’s true. Case in point Struandale. Literally the first of its kind. Where they make engines for Ford Rangers to be shipped worldwide. They make 11 different kinds of engines for Ford cars and have been doing so since 1964.
