Salesforce reveals 2025 South African Partner award winners

  • Salesforce announced the winners of its 2025 South Africa Partner awards.
  • 13 different categories made up this year’s awards.
  • Salesforce says that this year saw double the amount of nominations compared to 2024.

CRM specialists Salesforce has announced the winners of its annual South Africa Partner Awards 2025.

The awards recognise excellence across 13 categories, according to Salesforce, with this year highlighting the contributions of partners “driving innovation and business transformation using Salesforce technology.”

The company explained that nominations doubled from last year, with the surge in partner certifications and the growing adoption of Agentforce being cited as a reason why.

“Salesforce’s AI system designed to empower businesses with autonomous, trusted AI agents. This momentum signals a new era of AI-driven productivity in South Africa’s business landscape. Salesforce’s partner ecosystem in South Africa also showed significant growth for the previous fiscal year with the total number of Salesforce partners  and certifications increasing by over 30%,” the company confirmed in a release to Hypertext.

“We’ve seen tremendous growth across our entire partner ecosystem this year, driven by increased demand for Salesforce’s Agentforce and cloud technology innovations across industries in South Africa,” added Linda Saunders, Salesforce country manager & senior director of Solution Engineering Africa.

The 13 categories and winners are:

  1. Best Implementation Partner – CloudSimths represented by Jason Timm, CEO.
  2. Best Knowledge Partner (Programme pillar: Innovation) – Accenture represented by Kuven Pillay, managing director: Accenture Technology Africa.
  3. Best Partner Sourced ACV(Programme pillar: Growth) – iCloudius represented by Lochner Eksteen, country lead iCloudius South Africa.
  4. Community Impact Partner (Programme pillar: Impact) – NTT DATA represented by Lauren Wortmann, VP: Applications and Cloud.
  5. Outstanding New Logo Win Partner (EBU) – BlueSky represented by Katharine Janisch, head of Salesforce Practice.
  6. Outstanding New Logo Win Partner (CBU) – iCloudius represented by Lochner Eksteen, country lead iCloudius South Africa.
  7. Rising Star Partner – NTT DATA represented by Lauren Wortmann, VP: Applications and Cloud.
  8. Best MuleSoft Partner – EXAH represented by Elicus Marais, executive board member.
  9. Best Slack Partner – Cloud23 represented by Ram Ramakrishnan, CEO.
  10. Best Tableau Partner – Slipstream represented by Alex Rummel, MD.
  11. Best Digital Partner – WEKU represented by Vanessa Kearney, business architect & loyalty lead.
  12. Best Agentforce Partner – Cloud23 represented by Ram Ramakrishnan, CEO.
