Yahoo-owned photo sharing service Flickr, has updated its iOS app with four new features.

With Flickr version 3.1 for iOS, you can now share your albums via Tumblr, Facebook, Twitter, Mail, or SMS, and add and edit tags and description on all your photos. You can also choose whether or not you get notified when your photo is invited to a group and group admins can now invite photos to join their group.

This update comes just after Flickr announced it was removing Facebook and Google sign-ins to the service, forcing users to create or use their Yahoo usernames instead.

Flickr did not indicate when the same features would be coming to its Android and Windows Phone apps.
