Among Us dev has a new website with updated content

Despite Epic Games swooping in to eat a significant portion of their launch with the Fortnite Imposer Mode, Innersloth is soldering on with Among Us and has a new website to call home.

Innersloth.com is the de facto place to find out everything about Among Us as well as other games and future projects from the developer.

“Have fun poking around our new home. :) We finally have a place for all our dev logs, random news updates, merch drops, and more. Plus an updated team list and FAQ!” an announcement reads

The aforementioned team list, available here, shows that Innersloth currently only has 11 people. That’s absolutely tiny considering the impact that the studio has had with Among Us.

We recommend visiting the team list to read about the people who make your games as well as the little custom crewmates each team member has. Our favourite of the bunch is Nathan B., whose crewmate is about on par with our level of artistic talent.

The other mentioned section of the site is the FAQ which you can similarly read here

This part of the site obviously mentions Among Us several times but it also allows for sorting by topic including Innersloth’s other game the The Henry Stickmin Collection. When future titles come out from the developer this will also be a good place to look.

We read through some of the FAQ looking for interesting titbits and, as always, we were drawn to a section about creations made by fans.

Recently we highlighted a contest by CD Projekt Red where fans of Cyberpunk 2077 could submit fan works to be featured in videos, but the fine print showed that this was a terrible idea as the company could use the content in perpetuity without compensation.

So how does Innersloth handle things? This is what the site has under a question about fan art and merch.

“One of our favorite things in the world is seeing the fan art/works people have made about Among Us. Thank you! Please keep drawing, animating, crafting, or whatever else and sharing it with us. We love your creativity and want to encourage that. However, if you are planning on selling your work, there are some additional things you’ll need to consider! Here’s a comprehensive fan guide for you. If you are a business or retailer looking for an official Among Us license or partnership for merchandise, please check our policy here.

Drilling deeper into those policies and it’s clear that those who want some kind of working relationship with Innersloth will need to do some reading. What we do like to see here, however, is the fact that the FAQ doesn’t shoot readers down so it seems that someone with a legitimate idea for Among Us merch could shoot their shot.
