Consumers and companies alike are preparing for Black Friday next week, as the former starts to eye up the best deals and discounts on products. Hoping to court a few of those consumers is Xiaomi South Africa, which too has detailed what it has in store for Black Friday.
While it is planning discounts across its entire lineup of devices, it is smartphones in particular that will likely gain the most interest. To that end, Xiaomi SA is offering up to R1 000 off selected phones during Black Friday.
“The fantastic specials for this year will see fans get up to R1,000 off selected smartphones from Xiaomi’s retail partners including Ackermans, Dunns, Edgars, Game, Hi-Fi Corp, Incredible, Jet, Makro, Mr Price, Pep, Shoprite, TFG stores, Truworths, and Woolworths,” it noted in a press release sent to Hypertext.
As such, it looks like deals are on offer for those shopping online and in-store.
One of the devices that it has highlighted is the entry-level Redmi A1, which recently landed in South Africa.
“Among the best deals the consumer electronics company is offering, is a brand-new Redmi A1, with 2 gigs of RAM, 32 gigs of storage, and a 5000 milliamp-hour battery, starting from only R1499,” the company added.
“The mid-range king Redmi Note 11 Series devices are also part of Xiaomi’s Black Friday and holiday deals, along with the Xiaomi 12 Series, Redmi 10A, Redmi 10C, and Redmi 10 2022,” it continued.
The company adds that these deals are not limited to Black Friday alone, as they will be extended until 31st December too, for those wanting to purchase something during the festive period next month.
