DJI Drones could be the next big part of your business

In the last 15 years or so the drone market has exploded and the word “drone” itself has entered the popular public lexicon as an entirely new kind of technology. Everyone is now familiar with drones no matter their age, location or experience with actually piloting our new flying friends.

Despite this popularity many still believe that drones are either purely recreational products, or locked away behind only the biggest of businesses for untouchable industries like movie making.

In truth, drones are more popular than ever before in every walk of industry, and at every level of businesses. From single entrepreneurs working for themselves all the way up to multi-billion Dollar companies – and everything in between – there is a drone ready and waiting to assist.

Search and rescue, surveillance, farming, security, surveying and more are all improved and made easier with drone work. These aren’t businesses and jobs you only read about anymore, but the local work that needs doing and that you may already be involved in.

Driving this initiative is DJI and its Enterprise fleet of drones. DJI is the name in the drone world and it’s impossible to think of modern drones at all without picturing a DJI model in your mind.

DJI Enterprise is the culmination of the company’s leading drone design and its focus on business- and government-orientated approach to making products that get important jobs done with your entry into this world being the versatile DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise Series.

With the Mavic 3 Enterprise Series, DJI has delivered advanced tech in a tiny package that, without accessories, is just under a kilogram. This, combined with its ability to fold into a tiny package, gives it the edge at all times. When not in use the drone takes up a minimal footprint at just 221 X 96.3 X 90.3 millimetres (LXWXH, folded without propellers), so it’s never in the way when space is precious.

Once it’s time to get into the action, however, this small size pays dividends again with superior speed, manoeuvrability and the ability to get into spaces that other drones simply can’t. With a max ascent speed of 6 metres per second in Normal Mode, and increasing to 8 metres per second in Sport Mode, your new drone can spring into action when time is vitally important. Even in non-emergency situations this impressive speed means that jobs can be seen to faster meaning you can make the most of the work day. When every minute of business time is expensive, especially in situations like work that can only be done during the day, for example – you’ll be glad to have something this fast.

This agility and compact package has not been traded for a lack of flight time either, as you can look forward to up to 45 minutes with no wind, and up to 38 minutes with wind.

DJI Enterprise drones, like most of DJI’s catalogue, come with leading imaging and sensors already installed, but don’t think that you’re limited to what’s in the box. Again you can lean on DJI’s superior presence in the drone world for abundant accessories and payload options to suit your business needs.

And that’s the core of DJI Enterprise: while other drones may give you what you want for personal use, these drones give you what you and your business needs.

And for more of that, check back soon. This only scratches the surface of the Mavic 3 Enterprise Series and DJI’s Enterprise offerings as a whole. In the coming weeks Hypertext will explore more of what this specific drone and others can do for you and your company. We will also be diving into the DJI Mavic 3T option and its thermal imaging capabilities.

Until then contact DJI’s enterprise partners who will work with you to create the perfect drone solution for your business:
