Three new Lenovo tablets available to local channel via DCC

  • DCC has announced the availability of three new Lenovo tablets for the SADC channel.
  • The devices are the Lenovo Tab P12 Pro, Tab M10 Plus, and Tab M10.
  • The availability is part of DCC’s plan to continue to grow its portfolio of Lenovo devices for the channel market.

Local technology distributor Drive Control Corporation (DCC) has announced the availability of three new Lenovo tablets for the SADC channel.

The availability of the new devices comes as DCC has looked to expand the lineup of Lenovo products for the channel in recent years, having been named an official SMB distributor for the Chinese technology company in 2021, and adding the likes of Lenovo’s Chromebooks to the mix.

As for the Lenovo tablets in question, channel now has access to the Tab P12 Pro, Tab M10 Plus, and Tab M10 via DCC.

While all three are billed as delivering great features and performance, it is the Tab P12 Pro that is the leader of the trio.

It boasts a 12.6″ 2K AMOLED display (2560×1600), which is Corning Gorilla Glass 5 in nature.

Added to this are four side JBL speakers with quad audio channels, as well as a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 (up to 3.2GHz) octa-core processor with a Qualcomm Adreno 650 GPU powering things internally. This is paired with 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, and a microSD card slot.

Other notable elements include a lightweight 565g design and slim profile at 5.63mm, along with a considerable 10 200mAh battery and nano-SIM slot. Lastly, on the imaging side of things, an 8MP front facing camera with TOF Sensor is present, with a 13MP primary and a 5MP wide-angle lens on the rear.

“To me the standout feature on the Lenovo Tab P12 Pro is not only the sleek design that adds to a premium look-and-feel, but also the excellent 12.6″ 2K AMOLED with Dolby Vision and a 120Hz refresh rate. Lenovo has designed something special with their latest tablets,” notes Brandon Waison, Lenovo consumer product specialist at DCC, of the device’s capabilities.
