- Balwin Properties is getting in on Black Friday again this year, announcing discounts on selected apartments at its local developments.
- It is offering up to R300 000 off on apartments at two of its local developments.
- The discounts will be on offer throughout the month of November, according to the developer.
If you own an apartment at a Balwin Property, or have signed up to a waiting list, you likely received an email to your inbox confirming what Black Friday deals the developer has planned for this month.
It is not the first time that Balwin has gotten involved with Black Friday, showcasing that the sales/discounts event has expanded beyond normal retail and consumer electronics.
For this Black Friday, the property developer is listing deals on apartments for most of the complexes/estates that it operates, with some featuring discounts of up to R300 000.
Where sizeable discounts on asking prices are not listed, the property developer is throwing in additional Samsung appliances for free.
“Whether you’re looking for a vibrant and active community like at Thaba-Eco Village or to invest in the future of eco-living at Mooikloof Eco-Estate, each of our Gauteng locations offers a unique living experience catered to accommodate families, professionals, and savvy investors alike,” Balwin shared in an email received by Hypertext.
