If you were in attendance of New York Comic Con this week, you were likely surprised by the cast of Daredevil: Born Again.

The series, which began life on Netflix before being cancelled after three seasons, has renewed life on Disney+ and will form part of the latest phase of Marvel-related projects earmarked for the streaming service.

For those interested in what will for all intents and purposes be the fourth season of the show, Daredevil: Born Again, is set to land on Disney+ on 4th March 2025. This was confirmed by producers of the series, who appeared alongside starring cast members Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio (Daredevil and Kingpin respectively).

“During the ‘Marvel Fanfare with C.B. Cebulski’ panel today, series producer and Marvel Studios production and development executive Sana Amanat joined Marvel Editor-in-Chief C.B. Cebulski on stage to talk about Marvel’s long history of New York storytelling and shooting season one of Marvel Television’s ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ on location in the city. She then invited stars Cox and D’Onofrio out to join her, to the great excitement of the audience,” highlighted Disney+ in a release shared with Hypertext.

While it remains to be seen if the new iteration of Daredevil will live up to the gritty heights of its Netflix incarnation, from what we have seen thus far, it looks promising. This is especially important as Marvel’s original series on the platform have been a little hit or miss of late.

Either way, you can diarise early March next year for the arrival of the new season.
