After a few weeks of deals being announced, Black Friday proper is here. For Black Friday 2024 we have been curating the best deals we have spotted online for a number of different consumer device categories.
As you can gauge by the headline, this one is focused on tablets, smartwatches, and wearables in the form of wireless earphones.
In our research, it seems like in general, significant discounts for well-known brands are in short supply, but there are some noteworthy deals that caught our eye. In the tablets category for example, Huawei has slashed a massive R10k off its MatePad Pro 13.2″ tablet, while you can pick up a great pair of Sony WF-1000XMF buds for R4 499, a bit pricey, but well worth an investment.
The most notable, at least in our opinion, is the Galaxy Watch Ultra which launched earlier this year to a decent amount of fanfare, but has not been spoken about much since. That hush post-launch has seen Samsung knock R6k off the usual asking price.
