- Samsung South Africa has announced another Blue Tag Sale which is now focused on mobile devices.
- The company is offering discounts on selected smartphones, tablets, and wearables.
- This latest sale runs until 9th March 2025.
If you have been eyeing up some Samsung hardware, the local arm of the company has announced another Blue Tag Sale this week.
Last month Samsung announced a Blue Tag Sale focused on the company’s monitors, smart TVs, and air conditioners, and now the focus has shifted over the mobile side of things.
The older sale elapses on 2nd March, while the new mobile devices one ends a week later on 9th March, with Samsung offering up to 30 percent off on selected smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches.
“This annual summer sale gives consumers the perfect opportunity to get their hands on Samsung’s iconic innovations at prices that are simply too good to pass up. But act fast – this exciting sale is running for ONLY three weeks, so you’ll want to make sure you don’t miss out on these limited-time offers,” Samsung South Africa shared in a release with Hypertext.
As for the actual devices getting discounts, it has listed the following:
- Galaxy A16 – R3 499,
- Galaxy Tab A9+ WiFi – R3 999,
- Galaxy Tab A9 LTE – R2 499,
- Galaxy Watch Ultra – R9 999,
- Galaxy Fit3 – R999,
- Galaxy Battery Packs – R699,
- Galaxy Buds3 – R2 999.
One of the standouts above is the Galaxy Watch Ultra, which was introduced last year as the company’s flagship wearable for a recommended retail price of R19 999 at the time. As such, it is a significant discount on a smartwatch which this month added support for Irregular Heart Rhythm Notification (IHRN) and Sleep Apnea detection.
