As recovery efforts continue in KwaZulu-Natal, Samsung has announced a service offering that will assist owners of its home appliances in getting those serviced and assessed.
The service is dubbed the Service Campaign Plan and customers will be able to take up a number of offerings including discounts on repairs. The offer is valid from 25th April to 8th May, but Samsung said it would consider an extension should there be a massive demand.
The Service Campaign Plan includes the following offers:
- Free Product Cleaning on all brands (including Samsung and non-Samsung products).
- Free Product Assessment & Insurance Notice on Samsung products.
- Discounted Repair Service, including free Labour and discounted parts.
- Drop off Points at Makro Stores with Free Disposal of Irreparable Units.
The Makro stores where customers can drop off products are located in Durban North (Cornubia), Central Durban (Springfield) and Durban South (Amazimtoti).
The offer applies to refrigerators, dishwashers, microwave ovens, washing machines, washing machine dryers, TVs and audio visual products.
